Editorial policy

We write the WellHome blog so that every sentence can be checked. Below is how an article comes together, why we use AI tools and what a human verifies before the text goes live.

How an article is made

The first draft is produced with the help of AI tools, from a chosen topic and sources collected beforehand. The draft then passes two gates: an editorial one, where we judge the topic, the structure and the conclusions, and a publishing one, which is the final go-ahead. A person from the WellHome team passes both, and every approval is recorded in our system. The article is signed with the full name of the person who checked it and who answers for it. We never put a name on a text that person has not read, and we never credit AI as an author.

Why we use AI

We are a small agency. AI lets us gather material faster, organise it and prepare a draft in four languages at once — Polish, English, Russian and Ukrainian. That is where its job ends. AI does not decide what is true: it does not know current rules or prices, it can get a date wrong or cite a source that does not exist. So we treat the draft as raw material, not as a finished article.

What we check before publishing

The check is manual and always covers:

  • Figures — prices, rates, interest, market data. Every number has to match the source we cite.
  • Effective dates of regulations — we confirm that the rule described is the one in force today, not the one from last year.
  • Sources — we open every link we cite and compare it with what we wrote. If the page does not support the claim, the sentence goes.
  • The verification date is shown with the source list under the article, so you can see when someone last checked it.

What we never do

We do not publish AI-written reviews or client testimonials — the ones on our site come from real people. We do not pretend a text was written by a human from the first character. And we do not give tax or legal advice: the articles are informational and do not replace talking to a tax adviser, a lawyer or a bank about your own transaction.
