After the wave of office towers, Wola returns to housing.
The wave of office towers at Rondo Daszyńskiego has in practice ended: office developer activity is at its lowest in two decades, and vacant space in central Wola is shrinking. The weight has shifted to flats and ground-floor services along the second metro line — Płocka, Młynów, Księcia Janusza. Greenery is spread unevenly: dense Mirów and Czyste against Moczydło, park Sowińskiego, park Szymańskiego and Lasek na Kole. In Odolany the school on Karlińskiego has been open since 2022, while a second, at Ordona and Jana Kazimierza, has a building permit but no budget yet. Two speeds in one district: the settled streets around Prosta and Towarowa, and Odolany still under construction.
